I hold a joint account with someone who has passed away, what action do I need to take?
Please accept our condolences, we appreciate this must be an extremely difficult time for you.
Please be reassured that you will be able to continue with your day-to-day banking as usual.
When you have received the death certificate, please send us either the original or a certified copy. We will then convert the account into your sole name only.
