I've accidently broken / damaged my Barclays Debit Card, how can I request a replacement?
You can replace your broken or damaged Debit Card as follows.
Via Mobile Banking |
Open the Barclays app |
Via Online Banking | On your Online Banking Screen 1. Navigate to Manage accounts and Replace a damaged card 2. Follow the on screen instructions to replace your damaged card |
At your local Barclays branch. | Please visit any Barclays branch and our colleagues will be happy to help. |
Via our Telephone Banking Service | Please Contact Us and our colleagues will be happy to help. |
If you order before 10pm, you should receive your replacement debit card in two working days (UK Only - Outside of the UK can take considerably longer).
For example, if you order a replacement debit card on a Monday before 10pm, your card should arrive with you on the following Wednesday.
If you order a debit card on a Friday before 10pm, your card should arrive with you on the following Monday
