How do I enable Siri Payments (iOS only) on the Barclays app?
Once you've logged in using your secure passcode, proceed as follows:
- Tap 'Pay & Transfer'
- Tap 'Manage your payments'
- Tap 'Siri voice payments'
- Tap 'Allow payments with Siri' to ON
- You will see amessage informing you that if anyone else's finger print is registered on the device they too can make payments from your account using Siri - if you are happy to proceed you should tap 'Allow'
- You will be prompted to choose an account to link for Siri payments. All payments made will debit from this account, however you can update your nominated acount later should you wish
- You will see anotification informing you that Barclays would like to access your contacts. This is so that Siri can make Mobile Contact payments as well as Saved Beneficiaries on your account. If you are happy you should tap 'OK'
- You will see another notification advising you that some of your Barclays data will be set to Apple to enable Siri payments. If you are happy to proceed you should tap 'OK'
- Siri Payments is now enabled on your device. To exit select the back button
