How do I search transactions on my account?
You can self-serve, by completing the following steps:
- From 'Manage Accounts'
- Tap on the account you want to search
- Tap 'Search transactions'
- You can search by: In, Out, regular, date, retailer, etc.
- Enter the details of the transaction you are looking for (e.g. retailer - Tesco)
- Transactions with those details will appear - most recent first
- You can filter for: in / out / regular payment / date / amount / retailer, etc.
