How do I change a statement delivery preference?
You can update your preferences via Online Banking by completing the following steps.
From the Online Banking 'Home' screen:
- Click "Profile"
- Click "Statement and letter preferences"
- Select "Go paperless for all accounts", if this is your preference, this will apply to all of your accounts. This option will only be available to you if you haven't already selected this option
- If you wish to change only certain eligible statements to online, you should click the "Change" button next to the eligible account
- Check your email address is correct before scrolling down
- As you scroll down, carefully read the important information
- Once you are happy - click "Confirm"
- Your preferences are now saved, you can return to the homepage if you wish, by clicking 'Home'
If the statement preference cannot be changed, the delivery preference will be visible, but there will be no change button next to it. This would currently apply for all foreign currency accounts
