I’ve lost or forgotten my five-digit passcode or my memorable word. How can I reset them?

 

On the Online Banking Screen:

1. Under Step 1 enter your surname and your Barclays Wealth 12-digit membership number OR card number OR sort code and account number where indicated

2. Click Next Step
3. Select Passcode and Memorable Word
4. Select Forgotten you passcode? And follow the on screen instructions to request a new passcode.

OR
1. Under Step 1 enter your surname and your Barclays Wealth 12-digit membership number OR card number OR sort code and account number where indicated.

2. Click Next Step
3. Under Step 2 select PINsentry and follow the instructions to log in with Mobile PINsentry or PINsentry card reader
4. Click Log in to Online Banking
5. Navigate to My Details (blue arrow just under your name on the right hand side of the screen). Under column 'Personal details' select 'Change passcode and memorable word'
6. Follow the on screen instructions to change your passcode and memorable word
