How can I view, change or cancel a Future Payment, Standing Order or Direct Debit (Sterling only) via Online Banking?
From your Online Banking Screen:
1. Navigate to Move Money
2. Click on Transfers, Standing Orders and Direct Debits
3. Select your account
4. Select what kind of information you want to see: Single Payment and Transfers, Standing Orders or Direct Debits
5. From here you will be able to view, change or cancel the payments, by following the on screen prompts.
