How do I download a Statement on my account?

You have several options available to Download a Statement:

 

Via Online Banking

Available immediately

On your Online Banking Screen, follow the instructions below:

From your 'Home' screen:

  1. Click on 'Profile' (top right of screen)
  2. Click on 'My Barclays documents'
  3. Select the account you wish to see the statement for
  4. Select the icon next to the statement you wish to download
  5. Click 'Download' (at the bottom of the screen)
  6. Once you have finished, click 'Home'
Via Mobile Banking

Available immediately

On your Barclays app Screen, follow the instructions below:

From your 'Home' screen:

  1. Tap 'More' on your navigation bar (at the bottom of your screen)
  2. Tap 'Statements and documents'
  3. Tap on the statement you want to download
  4. Tap 'Download'
  5. You will see the sharing options, tap the one you want to download the statement to.
