How do I change the frequency of my statements?

There are several options you can choose from, to change your Statement Frequency:

Via Online Banking

You can self-serve by completing the following steps in Online Banking:

From your Home screen:

  1. Click on the small blue arrow below your name (on the top, right-hand side)
  2. Click on ‘Communication Preferences’
  3. Click on ‘Statement and letter Preferences’ and
  4. Click on the account you want to change the frequency of your statements on
  5. Click on how often you would like to receive them, as required
Via Mobile Banking

You can self-serve by completing the following steps in The Barclays app:

From the Home screen:

  1. Tap on ‘More’
  2. Tap on ‘Manage accounts’
  3. Tap on ‘Statement and letter preferences’
  4. Tap on how you would like to receive your statements
Via Telephone Banking Use our International toll free number +800 800 88885**
