What happens if I locked my PIN at an ATM?

Do you remember your PIN and are you in the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands?

You can reactivate it at a Barclays ATM.

  1. Go to a Barclays ATM  in the UK
  2. Choose PIN services from the screen menu.
  3. Choose Unlock your PIN.
Have you forgotten your PIN but are based in the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands?
  1. Please Contact Us
  2. We’ll send you a reminder of your PIN
  3. Go to a Barclays ATM in the UK to complete the above process
  4. Choose PIN services from the ATM’s screen menu
  5. Choose Unlock your PIN
