A cash machine didn't give me my money but it appears on my statement. Can I request my money back?
Transactions at a Barclays cash machine in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man are usually refunded within 2 working days.
Transactions anywhere else may take up to 10 working days to be refunded.
If you do not receive your refund within these timescales please Contact Us with the following details:
- Your card number
- Your sort code and account number
- The date and time you used the machine
- The location of the machine
- The ATM owner (i.e. Barclays)
- The amount of money you requested
- The amount you received (if any)
