I've made a payment online, how do I know if it's been successful?
From your Online Banking 'Home' Screen:
- Click on 'Move Money'
- Click on 'Track payments'
- From the drop down menu, select the account you wish to see payment details for
- Select the date range you wish to view payments over
- From the drop down menu, Select the status of the payments you wish to view
- Once you are happy with the details provided click 'Check status'
- You will then be shown a list of payments that match your search criteria
- You can click 'Refresh payment statuses' to get the latest information
- Once you're happy you can click 'Home' to return to your online banking homepage
