How can I amend my existing Standing Order?
You can self-serve via Online Banking by following the below steps:
- From your Home screen scroll down to the navigation icon bar
- Tap 'Manage your payments'
- Tap 'Personal' for account type
- Select the account your Standing Order is paid from
- Select the Standing Order from the list of transactions
- Scroll down through the Standing Order details and tap 'Edit'
- Scroll down to edit your payment details when finished - tap 'Next'
- Check and Confirm your updates - then tap 'Confirm'
- A Confirmation screen will then appear stating that your 'Payment was successfully amended'
